  5. This case study explores PATH’s effective scale-up of a Digital Immunization Registry System (ImmReg) in Vietnam. The web-based application is accessed by health workers via computers and smartphones to record and manage immunization data. ImmReg also sends Short Message Service (SMS) reminders to caretakers of children due for vaccinations.
