The poster describes PATH and our partners' work to ensure the safety of donated human breast milk using FoneAstra, a smart phone−based device that has been adapted to monitor temperatures during flash-heat pasteurization. PATH and our partners are evaluating the system for use in resource-limited human milk banks.
