
Neha Agarwal
Neha Agarwal is a passionate advocate for global health equity, bringing to her work a strong vision for sustainability, respectful collaboration, innovation, and analytical rigor. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategy in the Office of the President at PATH, where she leads the development and alignment of organizational strategy, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and supports institution-wide initiatives that advance PATH’s mission.
Previously, Neha was the Co-Director of PATH’s Global Diagnostics Program, where she led a diverse team focused on developing and expanding equitable access to essential diagnostic tools in low-resource settings. Her global health experience also includes leadership roles at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) and Applied Strategies, where she worked to strengthen partnerships across industry, government, and the non-profit sector.
Before transitioning to global health, Neha’s early career was rooted in innovative product development, with roles at Johnson & Johnson and Verinata Health (now part of Illumina). She is a named inventor on multiple patents related to lab-on-chip and drug delivery technologies.
Deeply committed to leveraging the scientific excellence and innovative energy of the Bay Area to drive health equity worldwide, Neha also serves as Vice Chair of the Board for the Bay Area Global Health Alliance. She holds an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University and a BS in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
