PATH was founded in Seattle in 1977. In our more than 40 year history we have expanded to work in over 70 countries.
Our headquarters—including our laboratory and product development shop—is in Seattle, Washington. We also have offices and staff in San Francisco, California, and Washington, D.C.—the home base for our Advocacy and Public Policy team.
We forge partnerships across sectors and borders, with governments and philanthropists, nonprofits and the private sector. We’ve been doing it for more than 40 years.
