COVID-19 has disrupted the delivery of essential services worldwide, including in places that are already battling other epidemics. This brief describes how the USAID/Afya Ziwani project in Western Kenya adapted the implementation of DREAMS programming, which provides HIV prevention services for adolescent girls and young women, to ensure continuity of services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
