  4. In 2003 and 2004, PATH worked with the Indonesian Ministry of Health to build awareness and provide policy guidance to the country's decision-makers. This report describes the process and lessons learned implementing pilot waste-management systems in three districts of Yogyakarta province. The report was used to guide development of waste-management policy in Indonesia and could serve as a useful model for other countries.
