Cette note présente les conclusions de l'Évaluation prospective pays (PCE) du Fonds mondial réalisée par la RDC, en évaluant le rôle et la fonction des partenariats dans le processus de demande de financement et d’octroi de subventions du Fonds mondial de 2017-2019. Elle a été préparée par PATH, RDC et PATH, USA en collaboration avec l’Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) de l’Université de Washington, États-Unis.

The Prospective Country Evaluation (PCE) is an independent evaluation of the Global Fund commissioned by the Global Fund’s Technical Evaluation Reference Group (TERG). The PCE evaluates how Global Fund policies and processes play out in country in real time and aims to provide high quality, actionable and timely information to national program implementers and Global Fund policymakers. The PCE is implemented by IHME and PATH in the DRC.This report describes key findings from early implementation of the newly approved grants from January–November of 2018.
