Vials have gone missing at all levels of the supply chain.Through a comprehensive, ten-month user-centered design process, PATH developed three simple tools to reduce mOPV2 vial loss:Sectioned vial bags to protect vials and improve vial management and tracking.Locking droppers that increase visibility and recognition of mOPV2 while deterring theft.Counting trays for easing the user burden of counting thousands of vials and maintaining accountability through a complex reverse supply chain.
