Health Without Borders: Integrated Primary Health Care for All

The discussion will highlight policy integration, improved diagnosis and care frameworks, and cross-sector collaboration to strengthen universal health coverage.

Getting the world back on track: Ending AIDS by 2030—still possible!

From Promise to Practice: Financing Sustainable NCD Responses in a Changing World

With fiscal pressures mounting, countries must find viable ways to bridge funding gaps to tackle noncommunicable diseases (NCDs). Recent shifts in global health financing and foreign aid have further emphasized the importance of domestic health investment and the need for new approaches. This side event will explore actionable, sustainable financing models for NCDs, drawing from key recommendations outlined in the Financing Accelerator Network’s NCD Financing Landscape Study in Sub-Saharan Africa and insights from a joint Coalition4NCDs and PATH NCD Financing survey.

Accelerating Women’s Health Science and Innovation: A Policy Agenda for Impact and White Paper Launch

Despite major advances in global health, systemic gaps in women’s health research continue to undermine progress. Today, only 7% of health care research focuses on conditions that exclusively affect women, while women remain underrepresented in clinical trials. This side event will speak to the recent launch of the Global Alliance for Women’s Health’s white paper on policy recommendations to transform the global ecosystem for women’s health science and innovation, developed through a year-long multi-stakeholder process led by the World Economic Forum with over 45 partners.

A Seat at the Table: Highlighting people-centred care through storytelling and art
