INVESTMENTS IN DIGITAL PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE FOR HEALTHIER COMMUNITIES AND PROSPEROUS ECONOMIES
Time: 10am to 1pm ET
PATH and partners believe that Digital Public Infrastructure for Health (DPI-H) could act as a catalyst for the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals. DPI-H is also an enabler of primary healthcare where it could help establish platforms for managing national health insurance, set up digital payments for health workers, prevent out of pocket payments for patients, and facilitate innovative insurance products to build resilience to climate impacts. This closed roundtable will include key stakeholders from governments, donors and implementers to explore practical opportunities for moving this agenda forward in the year ahead, including through the G20’s continuing work in this area. Invite-only.
