Jessica Milman

Jessica Milman is PATH’s Global Head of the Center for Vaccine Innovation and Access (CVIA).

She has more than 20 years of experience in global health, primarily focused on the development and introduction of vaccines for children and communities around the world most vulnerable to vaccine-preventable diseases. Ms. Milman drove the conceptualization, launch, and implementation of CVIA, including the creation of a new organizational structure, governance, and operating model. She leads a large, matrixed team of experts focused on ensuring the development, availability, affordability, and accessibility of lifesaving vaccines for people in low-resource settings around the world.

Prior to joining PATH, Ms. Milman worked at the Gates Foundation as an Initiative Lead on the malaria team. In this role, she established the strategic approach and led the foundation’s multi-million dollar efforts to develop malaria vaccines.
