Jessica Milman

Jessica Milman is PATH's Global Head of the Center for Vaccine Innovation and Access (CVIA), as well as the Acting Chief of Essential Medicines.

She has more than 20 years of experience in global health, primarily focused on the development and introduction of vaccines for the most vulnerable children and communities around the world. Ms. Milman drove the conceptualization, launch, and implementation of CVIA, including creating new a new organizational structure, governance and operating model.

Prior to joining PATH, Ms. Milman worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as an Initiative Lead on the malaria team. In this role, she established the strategic approach and lead the foundation’s multi-million dollar efforts to develop malaria vaccines.
