Helena Wayth, MSc, is the founder of A Bird’s Eye View Ltd, a strategic business and sustainability consultancy working at the intersection of commercial, social, and environmental development. She advises international clients on the risks and opportunities of effective sustainability strategies within a rapidly changing landscape. Helena has published global studies on the evolution of stakeholder capitalism and how board diversity influences company climate action.

With over 20 years of experience in global organizations such as L’Oréal and Unilever, ranging from managing big budget brands to leading small entrepreneurial start-ups, Helena’s breadth of senior strategic and operational leadership expertise spans markets (Asia, Europe, US, UK, Africa), sectors, and cultures.

For the past 14 years, Helena has worked in several capacities with international nonprofit organizations focusing on sexual and reproductive health, sanitation, agriculture, and energy. Between 2010 and 2014, these organizations included Marie Stopes International and Oxfam. From 2015 to 2021, she was a board member of the international development organization Practical Action.

Helena has a non-executive director diploma from the Financial Times, a master’s degree in sustainability and responsibility from Ashridge Business School (now Hult International Business School), and a bachelor’s degree in business.

Helena is Chair of the Governance, Impact, and Responsibility Committee.
