Helena Wayth, MSc, is the founder of A Bird’s Eye View Ltd, a strategic business and marketing consultancy working at the intersection of commercial, social and sustainable development. She works with multi-national organizations providing strategic thinking and operational support to help them transform and thrive in a more sustainable future.

Ms. Wayth has over 18 years of strategic marketing and management experience working with global organizations such as Unilever and L’Oreal across markets (Asia, Europe, US & Africa), sectors and cultures. This experience ranges from managing large global brands, repositioning and building local businesses, to leading small entrepreneurial start-ups.

Between 2010 and 2014, she worked with several international nonprofit organizations, Marie Stopes, Oxfam and SolarAid, primarily in Africa and Asia. With a focus on energy, sanitation and sexual reproductive health, Ms. Wayth contributed at a strategic, program and community level.

She has a bachelor’s degree in business from Swinburne University and an MSc in Sustainability & Responsibility from Ashridge Business School. She was a member of the Unilever Toilet Board initiative, a trustee of the charity Helping The Burmese Delta and currently sits on the board of international nonprofit organization Practical Action.

Ms. Wayth is Chair of the Governance, Impact and Responsibility Committee.
