Helena Wayth, MSc, is the founder of A Bird’s Eye View Ltd, a strategic business and sustainability consultancy that provides strategic guidance and independent challenge to help organizations balance commercial, environmental, and social priorities for value creation and impact. Helena has published global studies on the evolution of stakeholder capitalism and how board diversity influences company climate action.

With over 20 years of experience in global organizations such as L’Oréal and Unilever, ranging from managing big-budget brands to leading small entrepreneurial start-ups, Helena’s breadth of senior strategic and operational leadership expertise spans markets (Asia, Europe, US, UK, Africa), sectors, and cultures.

Over the past 14 years, Helena has been engaged with international nonprofit organizations focusing on sexual and reproductive health, water and sanitation, agriculture, and energy. These organizations included Marie Stopes International and Oxfam. She was previously on the board of the international development organization Practical Action.

Helena has a non-executive director diploma from the Financial Times, a master’s degree in sustainability and responsibility from Ashridge Business School (now Hult International Business School), and a bachelor’s degree in business.

Helena is a member of PATH’s Audit & Risk Committee, and the Governance, Impact and Responsibility Committee (which she previously led as Chair for six years).
