Digital innovation can no longer be separated from the way health services are delivered. The past two decades have shown us how digital health technologies contribute to universal health coverage (UHC), improve the response to outbreaks and epidemics, as well as strengthen primary health care by increasing access and enabling leaders to take data-led action. Digital health has the power to accelerate health equity by making health systems stronger, more efficient, more resilient, and ultimately more effective.
