This fact sheet describes PATH's work with the Eritrean government and the World Bank’s HIV/AIDS, Malaria, Sexually Transmitted Infections, and Tuberculosis Control Project (HAMSET). As part of the FHI/IMPACT project, PATH created Winning Through Caring, behavior change communication that provided information about HIV prevention, care, and support.
