Join PATH’s Board of Directors
Members of our board of directors come from and work in many different parts of the world. We are united in the steadfast belief that when people are healthy, humanity moves forward. We are currently seeking candidates for several board of directors positions.
To continue the evolution of our Board of Directors to meet our fiduciary duties and support PATH’s mission, we are seeking members with specific skills, experience, and independent perspectives to join our current members and further expand the board’s expertise, capability, and representation.
Our board members come from and work in many different parts of the world. We are united in the steadfast belief that when people are healthy, humanity moves forward. Being a board member at PATH provides the opportunity to work with a network of like-minded individuals who are committed to PATH’s mission to advance health equity through innovation and partnerships.
The board sets and supports PATH’s mission, approves organizational strategies and goals, and oversees progress in implementing and achieving these strategies and goals. The board provides governance and fiduciary oversight, including ratifying the organization’s budget each year, and oversees and supports risk management. The board reviews and assesses PATH’s organizational performance and effectiveness with PATH’s dashboard, strategic objectives, and impact indicators.
Board members also serve as “goodwill ambassadors” of PATH, participating in and assisting with expanding its partner network and fundraising when able. The board has a duty to ensure the organization pursues its charitable mission in a manner consistent with the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and fairness and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
