Kelly Randels, MPH, co-leads PATH’s Diagnostics Program, which focuses on developing and advancing high-impact, affordable, and easy-to-use diagnostic tools and technologies suitable for adoption in low- and middle-income countries. As Director of Operations, Ms. Randels provides administrative and financial leadership for a wide variety of diagnostic products.
Ms. Randels has almost 20 years of global health related experience that includes team building, collaborative leadership, and administrative management. Prior to joining the Diagnostics Program at PATH, she worked at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, coordinating critical team activities like budget planning, strategy reviews, and partner relations. Her background includes extensive cross-cultural experience, having worked in both Zambia and Guatemala, managing the integration of Tuberculosis and HIV services into primary care centers.
Ms. Randels earned her MPH from the University of Washington and BA from Brandeis University in Massachusetts.
