Interactions Between Menstrual Hygiene Management and Sanitation Systems: Landscape Analysis of Menstrual Hygiene Products and a Waste-Loading Model
This poster, presented at the 2013 Water and Health Conference: Where Science Meets Policy on October 14–18, 2013, provides an overview of PATH's research in South Africa and India on the impact of menstrual hygiene products and practices on multiple sanitation systems and the impact of the sanitation systems on the menstrual hygiene management experiences, product choices, and practices of women and adolescent girls.
