PATH's president and CEO joins World Economic Forum panel

PATH’s president and CEO, Dr. Christopher Elias, will participate in a panel discussion on children, technology, and learning on January 29 at the 41st World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland. The panel, titled “The New Reality of Growing Up,” will address how children are coping with today’s new reality in the developed, emerging, and developing worlds. Speakers will discuss learning and communication, skills and capabilities, participation and global citizenship, and technology and connectivity.

This year’s meeting, also known as “Davos,” takes place January 26–30. It convenes global leaders in industry, government, academia, civil society, and the media to discuss ideas and solutions to key global challenges. The theme of the meeting is “Shared Norms for the New Reality.” More than 2,500 leaders representing 100 countries are participating. Russian President Dmitry Medvedev delivered the opening address.
