Chief Development Officer

PATH seeks a world-class fundraising leader who is passionate about PATH's mission and driven to be part of the organization's purpose. The chief development officer (CDO) will be a seasoned expert with demonstrated skills raising individual, foundation, and corporate funding from sophisticated local, Pacific Northwest, national, and international philanthropic audiences.

The CDO is a new position designed to address PATH's rapid growth and accelerate funding for new innovation. The CDO will provide strategic framework and leadership for the Donor Relations department to expand and diversity funding resources that are aligned with PATH's overall mission, strategic goals, and programs. As a department director within the External Relations Division, the CDO will lead a dynamic and engaged team of eight.
