Driving directions

From southbound I-5

  • Take exit 167 to merge onto Mercer St. toward Seattle Center.
  • Continue straight on Mercer.
  • Turn left onto Westlake Ave N.
  • 2201 Westlake Ave. is on the right.

From northbound I-5

  • Take exit 165 on the left for Seneca St.
  • Take a slight right onto 6th Ave.
  • Turn right onto Westlake Ave.
  • 2201 Westlake Ave. is on the left.

From southbound WA-99

  • Take the Denny Way/Downtown exit.
  • Turn left onto Denny Way.
  • Take a slight right onto 9th Ave.
  • 2201 Westlake Ave. is on the right.

From northbound WA-99

  • Take the Harrison Street exit.
  • Turn right onto 9th Ave. N.
  • Turn left onto Denny Way.
  • Take a slight right onto 9th Ave.
  • 2201 Westlake Ave. is on the right.

Parking at 2201 Westlake

The entrance to the 2201 Westlake garage is located off the alley behind the building. The alley runs parallel to 9th Avenue. Note that if you are traveling westbound on Denny Way, you cannot turn left onto Westlake Avenue.

Standard Parking manages the 2201 Westlake garage. Current hours and rates are posted at the garage entrance; payment is with credit or debit card (with Visa or MasterCard logo) only. There are elevators from the parking garage to the main building lobby.

To enter the parking garage from 9th Avenue

  • Take a slight right onto Bell Street after crossing Denny Way.
  • Turn left onto 8th Avenue.
  • Turn left onto Blanchard Street.
  • Take an immediate left into the alley.
  • Garage entrance is on the right.

To enter the parking garage from eastbound Denny Way

  • Turn right onto 8th Avenue.
  • Turn left onto Blanchard Street.
  • Take an immediate left into the alley.
  • Garage entrance is on the right.

Additional parking

There are numerous surface lots surrounding 2201 Westlake, many with evening rates (after 5:00 p.m.). The surface lot closest to 2201 Westlake is located at the corner of 8th Avenue and Blanchard Street.

Metered parking is available on the streets surrounding PATH. Street parking is free after 6:00 p.m.

Additional parking garages near 2201 Westlake are the Whole Foods garage (entrance off 9th Avenue) and the Westlake and Terry garage (entrance off Harrison Street).

Building entrance

2201 Westlake Avenue is located at the cross streets of Denny Way and Westlake Avenue. It is also adjacent to Bell Street, Blanchard Street, and 9th Avenue. The main lobby entrance is off 9th Avenue.

PATH reception

PATH’s reception area is located on the second floor. Take the elevator from the main building lobby to the building’s second floor.

Loading dock

The loading dock entrance is located off the alley behind 2201 Westlake. The alley runs parallel to 9th Avenue.
