Changes in ingredients have contributed to operational shifts in indoor residual spraying (IRS) in Ghana. These changes allowed for observational study to better describe the impact of IRS with a third generation IRS product with a focus on the impact of shifting ingredients and introducing IRS into previously unsprayed districts.
