Cara Bradley named Chief Corporate Engagement Officer for PATH; Kathryn Kennedy joins as Head of Media

PATH has named Cara Bradley as Chief Corporate Engagement Officer. Ms. Bradley will lead a global team focused on establishing industry defining, high impact partnerships to ensure health is in reach for everyone. She will continue to be based in the organization's Seattle headquarters.

PATH has named Cara Bradley as Chief Corporate Engagement Officer. Ms. Bradley will lead a global team focused on establishing industry-defining, high-impact partnerships to ensure health is in reach for everyone. She will continue to be based in the organization's Seattle headquarters.

Prior to joining PATH in 2015, Ms. Bradley oversaw strategic fundraising with a focus on corporations at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), and spent years building corporate partnerships with UNICEF. She led global teams at both organizations and built and launched a European expansion strategy for the IRC.

"Cara has over 12 years of experience designing groundbreaking industry partnerships with leading international NGOs," said Elaine Gibbons, PATH's Vice President of Global Engagement and Communications. "Her strategic relationship management skills, organizational savvy, and proven execution skills position her well to take the corporate engagement team to the next level of maturity."

Ms. Bradley holds a B.A. in English and American Literature from the University of Kent.

PATH also welcomes Kathryn Kennedy in the newly created position of Head of Media, based in Seattle. Ms. Kennedy will oversee the organization's earned, owned, and paid media strategies, and lead efforts to communicate PATH's cutting-edge work in improving health outcomes to a global audience.

Ms. Kennedy brings over 20 years of experience in global brand and digital marketing. She has developed world-class brand and marketing teams at multiple Fortune 500 organizations, driving accelerated financial growth via new audience generation, conversion, and retention.

"Kathryn will help transform PATH's communications discipline as we drive toward a global, data-driven, digital-first brand," said Carla Sandine, PATH's Chief Communications Officer. "The depth and range of her experience make her a perfect fit for PATH, and I'm thrilled she will be joining our team."

Most recently, Ms. Kennedy was the Vice President, Global Customer Acquisition at Zulily, where she led a team of 30+ marketers, managed a $135mm marketing spend, and oversaw the acquisition marketing strategy and program execution across both offline and digital channels. Her prior roles include Head of Marketing at Amazon Instant Video; Vice President, Online & Direct Marketing at AutoNation; Sr. Director, Global Partnership Marketing at Expedia; Director, Online & Database Marketing at Hotwire. She has worked and traveled extensively throughout Asia and Africa.

Ms. Kennedy brings deep functional ability across both traditional communications and performance marketing channels including search engine marketing, partner and affiliate marketing, email marketing, display advertising, television advertising, paid social, community building, and video/content management and distribution.

Ms. Kennedy holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from University of California at Davis and is currently continuing her education through Harvard Extension School.
