Hallie Goertz, MPA

Director of Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives, Programs and Innovation Division

Hallie Goertz, MPA, is the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives for PATH’s Programs and Innovation Division. In this role, Hallie works with PATH's technologists, communicators and advocates, and regional disease specialists to drive efforts that leverage PATH's full range of capabilities, develop and nurture nascent ideas, and advance strategic relationships, particularly with the private sector.

Hallie is passionate about shaping inclusive and innovative partnerships and initiatives that deliver shared value and ultimately advance health equity. Since joining PATH in 2014, she has contributed to multiple projects and publications, including the Better Immunization Data Initiative, which resulted in the implementation of electronic immunization registries in Tanzania and Zambia; SAMYP, a project exploring digital mental health services for youth in India; and the Digital Implementation Investment Guide, a World Health Organization publication that supports national digital health system transformation.

Hallie has more than 20 years of experience providing strategic and programmatic leadership to domestic and international public-sector organizations. Prior to joining PATH, she supported capacity strengthening projects for TechnoServe in East Africa and India and helped drive adult learning efforts for Intrepid Learning Solutions. Hallie received her Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington.
