Ashley has also worked with EngenderHealth, FHI 360, and Management Sciences for Health to advance access to contraception, HIV testing and treatment, and gender-based violence services. She has provided technical assistance in 16 African and Asian countries and completed a Fulbright Fellowship in Benin.
