Human Immunity to the Meningococcus: Preparation and Immunochemical Properties of the Group A, Group B, and Group C Meningococcal Polysaccharides

This article, published in the Journal of Experimental Medicine, describes a new method for the isolation of the meningococcal group-specific polysaccharides that make it possible to produce highly purified group A and group C polysaccharides.
