Quantitative Determination of Antibodies to Type III Group B Streptococcal Polysaccharide

This article, published in the Journal of Infectious Diseases, reports the results of a study using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to measure type III group B streptocci (GBS) antibodies. The authors found that the ELISA was able to measure specific isotypes and subclasses of antibodies, and could detect type III polysaccharide-specific antibodies at a lower concentration.
