Delivery Cost of Human Papillomavirus Vaccination of Young Adolescent Girls in Peru, Uganda and Viet Nam

This article, published in the Bulletin of the World Health Organization, aimed to estimate the incremental delivery cost of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination of young adolescent girls in three countries. They found that the delivery cost per HPV vaccine dose was US$1.44 in Uganda, US$3.88 in Peru, and US$1.92 in Vietnam, which is higher than the cost per dose of vaccines currently in their respective Expanded Program on Immunization schedules.
