Stabilization of HAC1 Influenza Vaccine by Spray Drying: Formulation Development and Process Scale-Up

This article, published in Pharmaceutical Research, reports on a study that aimed to develop a stable formulation of a recombinant H1N1 influenza hemagglutinin vaccine candidate using spray-drying production. The study results demonstrated the feasibility of stabilizing subunit vaccines using the spray-drying process and its suitability for manufacturing a candidate product.
