Vaccine for Prevention of Mild and Moderate-to-Severe Influenza in Children
This article, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, describes a multinational, Phase 3, observer-blinded study evaluating the efficacy of quadrivalent influenza vaccine (QIV) among children three to eight years of age. From the study results, the authors conclude QIV to be efficacious in preventing influenza in children.
