Microneedle Patches

PATH is exploring ways to address some of the many factors that can prevent people from accessing the vaccines that they need. One potential solution is intradermal delivery of vaccines. Microneedles are a diverse category of delivery technologies designed to access the intradermal cells. This fact sheet describes PATH's work to evaluate and create a microneedle patch that will allow people to self-administer influenza vaccine.
