Vaccine Safety Net

While many quality web sites offer science-based information about vaccine safety, others may provide unbalanced and misleading information. This can lead to undue fears, particularly among parents and patients. This website provides information about the Vaccine Safety Net (VSN), a global network of websites evaluated by the World Health Organization that provide reliable, understandable, and evidence-based information on vaccine safety. VSN websites must meet extensive criteria for good information practices covering issues related to credibility, content, accessibility, and design. (PATH's Vaccine Resource Library is a VSN member.)
