Refinement of a Human Challenge Model for Evaluation of Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli Vaccines
This article, published in Clinical and Vaccine Immunology, reports on a study which found that a lower dose than used previously of the human challenge model for enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli diarrhea using strain H10407 is sufficient for determining the effectiveness of a vaccine candidate.
