- Catalyzing Healthier Labor Migration: Working on Health and Development in Source Communities in Cambodia and Destinations in Thailand
Through PROMDAN, agencies in Thailand and Cambodia responded to the issue of uninformed labor migration. The project aimed to increase access to health services and make labor migration beneficial for migrants and their families. This report documents the development, implementation, and impact of the project.

- Ciclopiroxolamine: A Vaginal Product with Microbicide Potential
This poster was presented by PATH's India Microbicide Project at the Microbicides 2004 Conference in London. It describes ciclopiroxolamine, a vaginal product with microbicide potential. Ciclopiroxolamine is a unique microbicide candidate with a long history of proven safety in clinical use as a vaginal and skin product with anti-infective properties. It is already formulated, manufactured, and marketed worldwide in vaginal products. (This project was active from January 2002 to June 2006. It is on hold pending support to obtain additional data on anti-HIV activity.)

- Collaborating to Control Tuberculosis
In collaboration with the Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics and the Hong Kong Supranational Reference Laboratory, PATH assists the Chinese National Tuberculosis Reference Laboratory with determining the operational feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and impact of new tuberculosis diagnostics in order to help the Chinese Ministry of Health decide whether to introduce and scale up these technologies. This fact sheet is presented in English on one side and simplified Chinese on the other.

- Combining Forces in Cambodia to Overcome Childhood Diarrhea and Pneumonia
This fact sheet provides an overview of PATH's ongoing work in Cambodia to integrate diarrhea and pneumonia control. At the national level, PATH collaborated with the Cambodia Ministry of Health to strengthen policy so that effective interventions and appropriate and reliable supplies are made available throughout the public- and private-health sectors as well as in the community to reduce the burden of diarrheal disease and pneumonia among children in Cambodia. PATH also worked on a district-level demonstration project to put policy into practice and inform expansion throughout the country. Through this integrated approach to community health, Cambodia is addressing the two most dangerous threats to its children and is already making a significant and lasting impact.

- Consumer and Market Research on Household Water Treatment Products in Vietnam
PATH’s Safe Water Project is implementing an innovative safe water project with the goal of enabling commercial enterprises to produce, distribute, sell, and maintain effective household water treatment and storage products for low-income populations in Vietnam and other developing countries. This project brief summarizes the results of three studies—a consumer study, a product scan, and an analysis of distribution channels—that were conducted from April to December 2008 to inform the development and implementation of a safe water pilot project in Vietnam.

- Convergence of HIV and Sexual and Reproductive Health Services for People Living With or Most at Risk of HIV: A Toolkit for Building Capacity
This toolkit provides practical guidance for building the capacity of various institutions to converge (or integrate) HIV and sexual and reproductive health services strategically. Developed in India, the toolkit is designed for program managers of nongovernmental organizations and community-based organizations; health care providers in the public sector at the national, district, and facility levels; and those running private-sector programs. The document is available as one large file or as two smaller files for easier downloading.

- Demonstrating Needle Remover Use to Improve Sharps Waste Management in Vietnam
PATH and Vietnam's National Expanded Program on Immunization pilot tested the use of a needle-remover device in rural Vietnam. This fact sheet reports on health workers' experience that needle removers were easy to operate, safe, and effective for treating contaminated syringes at health centers and in the community.

- Developing a Total Market Plan for Family Planning in Vietnam: An Innovative Public and Private Collaboration to Enhance Equity and Sustainability
Since 2009, PATH has been working with government family planning officials to engage stakeholders and apply evidence to develop a total market plan for family planning in light of funding shortfalls. This case study in Vietnam is intended to highlight lessons learned and recommendations for those considering similar initiatives in other settings. It is a sister document to the Nicaragua case study, Developing Total Market Strategies for Family Planning in Nicaragua.
