- Non-Instrumented Nucleic Acid Amplification (NINA): Instrument-Free Molecular Diagnostics for Low-Resource Settings
PATH has demonstrated the use of CaO for heat and a proprietary engineered phase change material (EPCM) to maintain an assay mixture within a narrow temperature range suitable for isothermal amplification.
