Implementation of indoor residual spraying for vector control is shifting with the emergence of insecticide resistance. Cross-analyzing vector control interventions across countries, partners, and strategies is hampered by measurement methods and indicator definitions. Small changes in definitions can impact the interpretation and analysis of the effectiveness of vector control programs.
