PATH’s Digital Health team conducted a strategic review of the Health Information Systems Programme (HISP) at the University of Oslo. The review focused on assessing HISP’s role, capacities, challenges, and opportunities. The report summarizes those findings and includes recommendations to help meet increased demand for District Health Information Software 2 (DHIS 2) development and implementation support.
