PATH joined the Global Health Security effort, led by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to advance the US government’s pledge to support countries in fighting infectious diseases through disease surveillance and building laboratory and health information systems capacity.
In lower-income countries, women want to manage their fertility, but lack access to safe and effective contraception. PATH is working with the governments of Senegal and Uganda to research an option: self-injection of Sayana® Press.
