PATH’s executive leadership team consists of interim president and CEO Molly Joel Coye, MD, MPH, and four vice presidents:

The executive leadership team is responsible for PATH’s strategy, finances, and management—as well as for our overall success in achieving PATH’s mission. Together, the team members have more than 100 years of experience working in the field of global health.

Program leaders

Our global program leaders and country program leaders hail from all corners of the globe and from both the public sector and industry. Many are experts on specific diseases, and others offer expertise in the fields of immunization, maternal and child health, reproductive health, technology development, and vaccine development. They are responsible for program strategies, fundraising, and implementation.

Shared services directors

Our shared services divisions provide the infrastructure and cross-program services that support our program staff in doing their best work. Our shared services directors are experienced professionals in the fields of business development, communications, finance, fundraising, human resources, information technology, law, public health advocacy, and publishing.

Board of directors

Our board members are public health and business leaders from the countries we serve and the United States. The board provides governance and fiduciary oversight, sets policy, and assesses PATH’s overall performance. We are extremely grateful for their dedication and contribution to our work.
