PATH headquarters is moving

December 14, 2009 by PATH

PATH will relocate its headquarters office, currently in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood, to the city’s South Lake Union district on January 4, 2010. PATH will occupy three floors (111,000 square feet) of a 12-story building at 2201 Westlake Avenue, which will include a state-of-the-art product development shop and high-tech laboratory. We are leasing the space from Vulcan Real Estate.

The location in South Lake Union will put PATH closer to partners in the Washington Global Health Alliance and to the region’s leaders in research, health, and technology. Our new neighbors include Seattle Biomedical Research Institute, Seattle Children’s Research Institute, the University of Washington’s biotechnology and medical research hub, the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

The relocation of our headquarters facility is part of a larger effort to scale up PATH’s work to create sustainable, culturally relevant solutions that enable communities worldwide to break longstanding cycles of poor health. It also addresses PATH’s immediate and long-term needs for enough space to house our staff, which has doubled over the past decade.

Our address and other contact information for the new building is available on our contact page.
