Announcing the Female Condoms Are ___ Film Contest

November 29, 2012 by PATH

International film contest seeking creative and compelling stories from around the globe

Female condoms may be one of the most promising health technologies that people don’t know or hear much about. Together, we can change this.

PATH, Universal Access to Female Condoms Joint Programme, Center for Health and Gender Equity, and the National Female Condom Coalition are thrilled to kick off the first ever Female Condoms Are ___ Film Contest.

Share your story

Why does the world need female condoms? How can female condoms enhance your life? We’re calling for short films that tell a story about what female condoms are to you and your community. Filmmakers of all levels of experience are encouraged to enter.

Win cash prizes

The top three film entries as determined by contest judges will receive cash prizes. The first place prize is US$5,000, second place is US$2,000, and third place is US$500.

Get recognition

Winning entries will be screened at the Women Deliver 2013 Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia—the largest global meeting of the decade to focus on the health and well-being of girls and women.
