Chief Operating Officer
Michael Kollins is responsible for addressing operational imperatives to maximize PATH’s impact on global health challenges worldwide.
Before joining PATH in 2013, Mr. Kollins served in senior leadership roles at organizations in both the private and nonprofit sectors in the developed and developing world. During his 15-year career at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, he served in a variety of sales, product development, and management roles in Asia, Europe, and the United States, finishing his career in Hong Kong as the chief operating officer of Morgan Stanley Investment Management Asia.
Most recently, Mr. Kollins served as chief operating officer for the international nonprofit World Bicycle Relief (WBR), successfully managing its growth from a nascent organization to a thriving nonprofit social enterprise. Prior to holding the COO position at WBR, he was based in Nairobi, managing their East Africa operations.
Mr. Kollins holds a BS in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
