Our process is designed to reflect our organization’s values, to be fair, and to comply with country, state, and local laws. The following steps summarize our hiring process from application to hire.
Step 1: Visit our career site
No matter how you come across a particular career opportunity—whether from a website, newspaper ad, or PATH staff member—we ask that you apply online.
After finding the job, internship, or consultant opportunity on our career site, click the “apply now” button to get started.
You will be asked to attach a resume and cover letter and to fill out our online application. Once you submit your materials, you will receive an email acknowledgement. If you apply for more than one position, you will receive a confirmation for each position.

Step 2: Wait to hear from our staffing team
A member of the staffing team will review your online application. Please note that the time it takes to review your application varies. We greatly appreciate your patience.
If your skills and experience match the requirements of the job, we will advance your application through the recruitment process.
If you are not selected to move forward, we will contact you, usually via email, and encourage you to continue to review positions at PATH and apply for other openings that match your skills and experience.
If you are selected for a phone or on-site interview, a member of our staffing team will contact you to schedule it. We’ll also let you know whether the position requires you to provide a writing or work sample.
