Our annual Breakfast for Global Health

At the 2012 Breakfast for Global Health, we’ll share how new results from our work in India hold hope for families.

The Breakfast for Global Health is PATH’s only annual fundraising event, providing support that fuels our most innovative projects. It’s the one time each year that we invite hundreds of people who believe—like us—that health should be within reach for everyone to discover the work of a Seattle-based organization with worldwide reach.

Not your average breakfast

Here’s something you may not realize: the same country that helped us develop a world-changing vaccine for Africa also faces deep need in its own villages and slums. Thanks in part to support from donors, the tide is now turning for some of India’s poorest communities.

This year we’ll come together on May 22 to hear how new results from our work in India hold hope for a brighter future for mothers and children. Over breakfast, guests will enjoy a presentation by W. Sita Shankar, PATH’s director of Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition in India, and a live performance. This isn’t your average breakfast!

Participation in this event is by invitation only. If you’re planning to attend, more information, including directions to the venue, is available online, by emailing events@path.org, or by calling Karina Collins at 206.285.3500. If you’d like to receive information about next year’s event, please email us at events@path.org.
